Which is Worse

Which do you think is worse.  Someone who has been a staunch supporter of Trump but now realizes they made a mistake in doing so, but continues to support him because they don't want to admit they were wrong or someone who supports him and sees absolutely nothing wrong with anything he has said or done.  Is one just as bad as the other?

Clinton. Hillary Clinton and the intellectually/morally rotted people who support her are worse.

I think you could skip going to the gym tomorrow, since you got more than enough exercise dodging this question.

I can't help but wonder though, if Trump gets elected, will the taxpayers have to foot the bill for this product:

LOL!  Never (this week) have I been told off so elegantly.

Uh, be that as it may, I didn't answer your question because you formulated it such that no alternative answer could be offered. You loaded it, IOW.  How? There is no way for a Trump supporter to answer the question without being 'bad' in some way.  The question ignores the potential that some--hell, most--people support Trump full well knowing his positions stink and not caring.  Almost every Trump supporter who has discussed the issue with me has been quite blunt: they know his position on the issues is awful; they know he's a misogynist; they know he appeals to the absolute worst in us and they know he's not the brightest crayon in the box. They do not care!

Trump is not a part of the establishment.  To his supporters that's all that matters.  The statist quo MUST GO.

Honest to pete I don't know why this is so hard to grok. This post was edited by Transquesta at October 23, 2016 4:09 AM MDT

Guilty as charged, your honor...although I did take the time to explain WHY in a later post/response. :-)

You could claim most political questions are loaded, even the ones using external sources. Yet the choice of source will be loaded by the poster. I usually stay out of obviously loaded questions if I don't accept to respond on them. Well, well... Have a lovely Sunday.

You lucked out SH, Transquesta plead guilty without the need for a lengthy and might I say costly trial.  I will leave it in your capable hands to set punishment in proportion to the offense.

I'm not for punishment as long members stay within the ToS. The exposing itself will have to do, from my side at least.

    "Beat me!" said the masochist.
    "No!" said the sadist.

Way too easy and shallow a way describing D/s. But that won't be to discuss inside the main/family room.

He's asking for it!  Don't disappoint him.

I am not one following the wishes of others blindly. Anyway, that would only be one if so which won't be Transquesta. He will have to stay disappointed if you are right.

I'm afraid you don't understand.  It's precisely BECAUSE I've asked for it that she must disappoint.  That's how this works. :-)

Nah, more so that I already have said what I had on mind. There's no need extending it any more. ;-)

Ahhh, I see now.  I was entranced with other aspects being dished out and they somehow shadowed the taste of D/s.

  • Although I may disagree with Trump supporters, people who fail to do what they believe is right disappoint me more than people who vote differently from me. So the dishonest one who won't own up to their mistake is worse to me.

Indeed. It would appear as if people of varied political stripe have one thing in common: a respect for consistency.

I do not know any Trump supporters who fit either description.  The former would be working at odds to their desired outcome by doing so.  As to the latter, his supporters are by and large doing so despite the things he has said and done.

Hmmmmm, I think I'm getting mixed messages here.

    Signed,

The elegant YET uncordial, intellectually & morally rotted,

P.S. Hold on a second,  I may have spoken a bit hastily because I believe I've discovered a legal loophole. Since I don't support Clinton and since I wasn't planning on voting for her, it appears I need to edit my valediction to:

    The elegant & apparently uncordial,
